AC Gas Refilling
Full evacuate, vacuum-hold test, then a weighed refill to your manufacturer's exact charge. R134a and R1234yf both handled in-house.
- Old refrigerant recovered, never vented
- Charge weighed to the gram
- Fresh PAG oil & UV dye added

Vacuum test, leak trace, precision re-gas. Most cars back on the road, properly cold, in about 45 minutes.
Three jobs, done properly. No upsells, no guesswork — every car goes on the gauges first.

Blowing warm but the gas is full? Then it isn't the gas. We pressure-test, trace leaks with nitrogen and UV, and read the compressor clutch, sensors and blend doors.
Everything downstream of the gas: condenser and radiator flow, cooling-fan faults, cabin filters and a full anti-bacterial vent clean for the smell nobody wants to mention.
A real sequence — each step has to pass before the next one starts.
Gauges on, engine running. We log the high and low side pressures before anything is touched.
5 minOld refrigerant is pulled out and stored, then the system is held under vacuum to prove it's sealed.
20 minIf the vacuum drops, we stop and find it. Nitrogen and UV dye — no point filling a leaking system.
as neededExact factory charge, correct oil, then we sit in the car and check the vent temperature ourselves.
15 minMost AC "top-ups" are a squirt of gas and a shrug. That's not a repair — it's a countdown.
If your system won't hold vacuum, filling it just leaks money into the atmosphere. We tell you that first, not after.
You get the number after the diagnosis and before the spanner. It doesn't move.
Automatic recovery station, calibrated scales, nitrogen rig. Not a hardware-shop can with a trigger gauge.
If it stops blowing cold for something we did, bring it straight back.
Indicative rates. The diagnosis fee comes off the bill if you go ahead with the work.
Rs1,500
Pressure read, vacuum-hold test and a written verdict on what's actually wrong.
Rs4,500
Recover, vacuum, weighed refill with fresh oil and UV dye. Vent temperature verified.
Rs12,000
Same process for newer vehicles running the current-generation refrigerant.
Leak repairs, condensers, compressors and fan work are quoted separately once diagnosed.
The four questions we get every single day.
A healthy system loses a small amount each year, so most cars want a re-gas every two to three years. If yours needs it annually, you have a leak — and that's a diagnostics job, not a refill job.
Sometimes. It can also be a tired compressor, a blocked condenser, a stuck blend door or a dead cooling fan. We read pressures first so you're not paying for gas that wasn't the problem.
There's a sticker under the bonnet that tells us. Roughly: vehicles up to around 2016 are R134a, newer ones are R1234yf. We handle both, so you don't need to know before you arrive.
Walk-ins are fine, but a quick call means the bay and the machine are free when you get here. Most re-gases are done while you wait.
Pick a slot on the phone or WhatsApp — we will tell you straight away whether it is a re-gas or a diagnosis.
